. president obama released his budget this week. republicans did not much like it. tell me the endgame of this. is there a possibility of a grand bargain or are they just got anywhere near close question of cracks in the rhetoric is obviously what is. president obama himself has talked about previous presidents, whether it was ronald reagan and kim jong il, bill clinton and newt gingrich, how you could actually work together and get something done. we will see what happens. there are reports of various senators trying to do background deals and get this done. one of the bigger question is, what does it mean to people who are going to have to deal with these massive cuts in many of the areas that will directly touch their lives. that is something i will be watching very closely for. on our show this week, we are doing a slightly different subject. we are taking on the issue of the internet revolution sweeping around the middle east and completely redefining american foreign policy and interest in that region. >> what does that mean in concrete terms? >> it means the following. the preconceived
